The Concierge Channels (TCC) is a software technology company based in Natick, Massachusetts. TCC has created an in hotel, Ipad Application which serves as a portal for local restaurants, shops and attractions to connect with hotel guests in metro regions in southern New England.
The Concierge Channels currently has iPads installed at kiosks in the lobbies of 27 hotels from Providence to the Metropolitan Boston and Metro West areas. The company drives revenue by selling advertising to local restaurants, retail stores, attractions and services. TCC then markets these businesses to hotel guests in their respective markets through in-hotel marketing programs, in lobby iPads and the TCC website.
TCC currently has a growing ad network in the Providence, Warwick, Metro Boston and Metro West regions and plans to launch nationally in Boston, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami and Dallas in 2013. The network’s value is driven by the acquisition of “real estate” defined as contracts with hotel properties whereby iPad Kiosks are placed in the lobbies of the hotels for use by hotel guests. The TCC websites are also available on their laptops and mobile devices, through hotel wifi and cellular access.
Occupancy in the hotel network exceeds 3 million annual guests. It is our belief that the value of hotel guests are significantly higher than online visitor website traffic, as these are consumers looking to spend their hard earned cash, at the time they are searching for places to eat, explore and discover. It is our plan to approach market acquisition and growth by first securing hotel properties and then by building the local ad networks
